These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by JP Realtors, Gurugram, Haryana. By using the site you accept them.

1. What this website is

JP Realtors helps businesses and families find office space and rental property in Gurgaon, and helps buyers and sellers compare projects. This website provides information about registered projects, sectors and developers, and buyer calculators, and lets you send us an enquiry.

It is informational. It is an invitation to talk to us, not a contract, and not an offer, booking or reservation of any property.

2. No agreement created by browsing

Viewing a project, using a calculator or submitting an enquiry does not create any agreement, tenancy or sale between you and JP Realtors, the developer, the owner or the seller. A transaction proceeds only after a separate written agreement between the relevant parties.

3. Project information

Project, builder and sector pages are compiled from the public register of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Gurugram) on the date shown on each page. A project appearing on this site does not mean JP Realtors is marketing it or acting for its developer.

Prices, availability, areas, approvals and completion dates can change without notice and are subject to confirmation by the developer, owner or seller.

Images marked "Illustrative image" are not photographs of the project they appear with. Other photographs are credited to their owners.

Anything on this site is for general guidance. Verify all details, title documents and approvals independently before you commit money.

4. Calculators

The home loan EMI, rental yield, area converter and Vastu tools give indicative figures using the simplified assumptions shown with each tool. They are not a loan offer, a sanction, a formal valuation, or financial, legal or tax advice. Speak to your bank and the relevant professional before making a decision.

5. RERA

Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, its registration number is shown on its page with the date the register was checked. Confirm the current status on the Haryana RERA portal before transacting.

6. Your enquiry

When you submit a form you confirm that the details you give are correct and that you consent to us contacting you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time. How we handle these details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not copy or republish the original text or design of this site without written permission.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access parts of it you are not authorised to use.

Do not submit false enquiries, spam or anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The JP Realtors name and the original content of this site belong to JP Realtors. Register data is public information published by HRERA Gurugram. Photographs remain the property of their credited owners or licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.

9. Third-party links

We link to government sites, including the HRERA register, and to other sources for reference and convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Brokerage

Any brokerage, commission or service fee is agreed separately in writing before a transaction. Nothing on this website by itself creates an agency or brokerage agreement between us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JP Realtors is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for any action taken on the basis of its content without independent verification. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
